Refund for damages

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you can contact info@melabebe.com for a corrected or replacement package. Please email us at info@melabebe.com with your order number and photo verification of the damaged product. We will resend a replacement within 10 business days. 

Returns for any other reason

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at info@melabebe.com, provide your order number and reason for refund request. 

Refunds
We have a 30-day refund request policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refund process: After submitting your refund request, we will refund your money within 10 days of refund request.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days to request a refund or replacement for a damaged product.
