Is Melabebe an all-natural and clean brand?
Yes we are! Although Melabebe is safe for all skin-types, we focus our brand on the needs of inclusive kids. We believe that young skin deserves the finest and purest ingredients free from synthetic chemicals, parabens, sulfates, phthalates and other products that may disrupt hormonal balance. Our products are eco-friendly, gentle, irritation-free, and non-toxic.
Can any skin type or skin color use Melabebe products?
Of course! Our brand is just intentional about highlighting the needs of persons with melanin rich skin and providing products that support skin positivity.
Is Melabebe a vegan brand?
Yes, we are!
Do you test on animals?
Nope. Not our style.
Can your products be used for women who are pregnant or lactating?
Melabebe’s products are free from toxics and hormonal disrupters. However, every pregnancy is different, and we advise both spot testing and consulting with your provider to ensure all ingredients are safe while pregnant or nursing.
Can babies use Melabebe too?
Yes. Melabebe is designed for all ages. We want to be a brand that grows with you and your family!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the US and Canada. Use our partner sites such as Amazon for international shipping and availablity.
When will my order ship? When will I receive my package?
We process and ship all orders within 72 hours of ordering Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
Do you ship to APO and PO boxes?

What is the consistency of Protect?
Protect is thicker than lotion but creamier and softer than raw shea or cocoa butter.
Does Protect have a scent?
Melabebe’s Protect contains only naturally derived and no artificial fragrances.
Will Melabebe’s products treat medically diagnosed skin conditions?
Melabebe’s products are non-medical grade and are not intended to be marketed or promised to heal any specific medical conditions. If you have questions about specific skin care needs, please consult your doctor or a dermatologist.
Where are your products made?
All Melabebe products are manufactured and packaged in the United States.
Where is my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
What is your return policy?
Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please complete the product return form and we will refund your money within 20 days of purchase. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you can contact info@melabebe.comfor a corrected or replacement package.
When will I see my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. We may, however, be able to cancel your order if you contact us before your order has been processed. Please email us (info@melabebe.com) as soon as possible after placing your order.
