What is your return policy?
Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please complete the product return form and we will refund your money within 20 days of purchase. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you can contact email@example.com for a corrected or replacement package.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
When will I see my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. We may, however, be able to cancel your order if you contact us before your order has been processed. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible after placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
